The magic of Christmas is not a miracle, it is work. Most commonly women’s work. Behind the curtain of magical Christmas lies stress, pressure and exhaustion.

Figurative objects, technologically and aesthetically based on traditional Christmas decorations, subversively symbolize the absurdity of the tradition into which Christmas in the Western world has gradually transformed. The work also includes collages of photographs from my childhood, which are a personal reflection on this issue for me.
